Mr. Kasmoch has been President and Chief Executive Officer of N-Viro International Corporation Inc., since February 2006 and a director since January 2006. Until April 1, 2007, Mr. Kasmoch was Vice President of a U. S. soil management company and President of a privately held mining company in Canada. Mr. Kasmoch has extensive experience in the soil management business as well as a knowledge of transportation, logistics and operations.
