Susan Phillips as a director of the Company

The Directors of Sustainable Eco Energy Management Ltd., (“SEEM”) are delighted to announce appointment of Susan Phillips as a director of the Company. Susan has been our company secretary since the formation of the Company and will now expand her role into daily operations of the business, as we grow in the US market and cement projects in the Middle East.

Susan is a Corporate Financier and Investment Manager specialising in private sector growth opportunities. She advises entrepreneurial businesses, wealthy individuals, fund management groups and has a considerable private practice in wealth preservation for family offices and wealthy entrepreneurs.

Core to this is an in-depth knowledge of tax efficient investment structures and planning, in which she holds numerous qualifications. She is an acknowledged expert in the Enterprise Investment Scheme and related tax-efficient investment vehicles. Susan also served as Director General of the trade body for EIS, the EIS Association for nearly a decade, leading negotiations with both the UK Government and EU counterparts, technical improvements to legislation, commercial adaptation of the EIS.

Her early career commenced as Company Secretary with Burberrys, covering statutory matters for this complex group during its debut into new markets and many territories. This included specifically the maintenance and defence of its IP portfolio as well as all governance matters for this international group. She subsequently deployed her commercial skills in advising many businesses on growth strategy, leading acquisitions and delivery of enhanced financial returns to investors and management teams.

Her sector skills are broadly based, as are the businesses with which she works although she has in-depth experience in financial services, media, leisure, retailing, environmental/ethical investments and certain types of technology.
